Store product pages look dated and present product information with little narrative and minimal imagery. Users don't feel compelled to stay on the page long enough to learn about the great products.
New product line is also launching and currently does not have a product page or place for customers to be introduced to it..
Build out a narrative and image-heavy product page that takes customers along as they effortlessly learn about the product and see it in action. Engineer these new product pages to increase conversion rates and return customer rates. In short, make the product the hero and how its benefits the mission.
I began the approach to all the product pages by designing the new product line launch page first. I wanted everything about it to feel elevated so I heavily researched luxury beauty and tech brands to understand how best to position the new product. Eventually I chose a few different directions and explored them visually in Figma by making rough wireframes of the directions that showed how I would use the brand identity and imagery. After the client decided on which direction to move in, I finalized the designs and built out the web pages in Shopify in time for a successful product launch.
